The Chief Executive Officer of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, as well as Tim Draper, a venture capitalist, and Don Tapscott, co-founder of The Blockchain Research Institute, have all previously spoken at this event. This time around, the event will center its attention on NFT, Metaverse, and Web 3.0 ecosystems, as well as the far-reaching impact that each of these has had on commerce, culture, and communities.
The event serves as a forum in which blockchain and cryptocurrency companies can showcase their wares, participate in educational panels, and network with institutional investors, hedge funds, and other types of investors who are on the lookout for the most exciting new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects.

Since 2015, the venerable conference on cryptocurrencies, which is put on by CoinDesk, the most widely read publication in the space, has been running. The Consensus event is scheduled to take place offline once more in 2022, and organizers have big ambitions to attract thousands of attendees and an impressive roster of speakers.
The keynote speakers at this year’s conference will include FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried, Edward Snowden, Executive Director of the Freedom of the Press, Christine Smith, Executive Director of the Blockchain Association, Messari CEO Ryan Selkis, Pantera Capital CEO Dan Morehead, Chainlink co-founder Sergey Nazarov, Cardano creator Charles Hoskinson, and others.

The Blockchain Economy Summit
It is not surprising that the biggest number of cryptocurrency and blockchain events are held in Dubai given the city’s supportive regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies. The government of Dubai created this annual conference in 2018, with the intention of bringing together industry leaders, startup founders, and investors to assist in promoting the city of Dubai as a center for the cryptocurrency business. This Blockchain Economy Summit is scheduled on July, so don’t miss out.
Michael Saylor, co-founder of MicroStrategy, Ton Weiss, a Bitcoin maximalist, and Sandeep Nailwal, co-founder of Polygon, were among the speakers who addressed cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFT, and the Metaverse at the event that took place the year before.
In contrast to most other events, the government of Dubai is making the conference available to members of the general public by maintaining ticket rates at approximately $50 each.
In 2020-2021, there has been a lot of trouble in the cryptocurrency world. Because of restrictions on covid around the world, there haven’t been many conferences or forums. Some people couldn’t get their formats online. That’s why the events of 2022 are getting so much attention, and the organizers are working on a lot of offline ways to keep people interested in cryptocurrencies even when they’re not online.
